Shipping Information

We are pleased to inform you that all our items are delivered by PostNL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

International Shipping

For deliveries outside the Netherlands, we also use PostNL. Please note that the delivery time begins as soon as the payment has been received from the customer.

Order Processing

All orders are dispatched within one business day after payment is confirmed. Our dedicated team of advisors is available to assist you in English or French from 9 AM to 8 PM GMT+1.

Public Holidays

Please be aware that we are closed during public holidays, which may affect processing times.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping within the Netherlands. For orders to other countries, only additional shipping costs will apply.
