Returns

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. Please read our return policy carefully below.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at info@highschoolfavorite.com  to initiate the return process. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Send Your Item: Once your return request is approved, send your item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same steps as above for initiating a return. Once we receive your returned item, we will send out the exchanged item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@highschoolfavorite.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
